Upgrade your GM, Chevy, or Hummer with our new 6.5 OHV Diesel (60°) Angle Cylinder Heads. These heads are complete with valves and springs and feature casting #567. They are designed to fit 1997-2002 6.5 Diesel GM engines, boasting a 60-degree intake bolt pattern, also known as the Angled bolt pattern.

- Valve Seals: Quality valve seals are installed to ensure a perfect seal.
- Vacuum Testing: Each valve is vacuum-tested to guarantee a perfect seal.

Easy Core Return Process
We provide a hassle-free core return process with no upfront core charge. You have 30 days to return the core. Here’s how it works:
- Prepaid Shipping Label: A prepaid FedEx return label is included with your shipment.
- Easy Return: Place your core head in the original box, attach the prepaid label, and drop it off at any FedEx location.
We accept all cores, regardless of condition, as long as all parts are included. No extra charges for damaged heads, bent valves, or disassembled parts.
Warranty Information
Clearwater Cylinder Head, Inc. offers a two-year unlimited mileage warranty. A copy of the warranty card will be included with your invoice. Please read the warranty terms carefully:
- Acceptance of the head implies acceptance of the warranty.
- The heat tab must be intact and unaltered.
- Claims must be returned for inspection with the invoice and Return Authorization number.
- Only one warranty per purchase.
- Warranty starts from the purchase date.
- No coverage for incidental, consequential, punitive, or over-the-road damages.
Warranty Covers:
- Parts warranty only – all original cylinder heads must be returned for warranty.
Warranty Does Not Cover:
- Damage from improper installation, overheating, abuse, or neglect.
- Loss of time, vehicle use, phone calls, or inconvenience.
- Fluids, tow charges, rentals, or diagnosis.
- Unauthorized repairs.
