The head is then resurfaced using a Rottler CBN machine to achieve the required RMA finish. Quality valve seals are installed, and each valve is vacuum tested to ensure a perfect seal. The head comes complete and ready for installation, meeting the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Core Return Policy:
- No Up-Front Core Charge: You have 30 days to return the core.
- Easy Return Process: A prepaid FedEx return shipping label is provided with the invoice. Simply put your core head in the box, attach the label, and drop it off at any FedEx location.
- Condition: We accept old cylinder heads regardless of condition, as long as all parts are included.
Warranty Information:
Clearwater Cylinder Head, Inc. offers a two-year unlimited mileage warranty. A copy of the warranty card is included with your invoice.
- Coverage: Parts warranty only. All original cylinder heads must be returned for warranty.
- Conditions:
- Heat tab must be intact and unaltered.
- Claims must be returned to Clearwater Cylinder Head, Inc. for inspection with a copy of the invoice and a Return Authorization number.
- Only one warranty per purchase.
- Warranty begins on the date of purchase.
- No incidental, consequential, punitive, or over-the-road damages are covered.
- Exclusions:
- Damage from improper installation, overheating, abuse, or neglect.
- Loss of time, vehicle use, phone calls, inconvenience, or consequential charges.
- Fluids, tow charges, rentals, or diagnosis costs.
- Repairs made without prior authorization.
- Commercial, industrial, racing, pro stock, or marine use.
