- Details: Acceptance of this head constitutes acceptance of this warranty. Heat tab must be intact, and any claims must be returned to Clearwater Cylinder Head, Inc. for inspection with a copy of the invoice and a Return Authorization number.
- Exclusions: Improper installation, overheating, abuse, neglect, commercial, industrial, racing, pro stock, or marine use.
