Core Return Policy
We make returning your old cylinder head easy with no upfront core charge. You’ll have 30 days to return the core using the prepaid UPS return shipping label provided with your invoice. Simply place your old head in the box your new head came in, attach the label, and hand it to any UPS driver or drop it off at any UPS pickup point. We accept old cylinder heads in any condition as long as all parts are included.
Warranty Information
Clearwater Cylinder Head, Inc. offers a two-year unlimited mileage warranty. A copy of the warranty card will be included with your invoice.
Warranty Details:
- Acceptance of this head constitutes acceptance of this warranty.
- Heat tab must be in place on the head, not altered or melted.
- Any claim must be returned to Clearwater Cylinder Head, Inc. for inspection with a copy of the invoice. A Return Authorization number is required.
- Only one warranty per purchase.
- Warranty begins on the date of purchase.
- No coverage for incidental, consequential, punitive, or over-the-road damages.
Warranty Covers:
- Parts only. All original cylinder heads must be returned for warranty.
Warranty Does Not Cover:
- Damage from improper installation, overheating, abuse, or neglect.
- Loss of time, vehicle use, phone calls, inconvenience, or consequential charges.
- Fluids, tow charges, rentals, or diagnosis.
- Unauthorized repairs.
- Commercial, industrial, racing/pro stock, or marine use.
