Following this, our Rottler CBN resurfacing machine guarantees a precision cut to the required RMA finish.
We take pride in our attention to detail, installing high-quality valve seals and conducting vacuum tests on each valve to ensure a perfect seal between valve and seat. All machining processes are carried out using state-of-the-art equipment, ensuring optimal performance and longevity.

Core Return Policy: There’s no upfront core charge, and you have 30 days to return your old cylinder head. We provide a prepaid UPS return shipping label for your convenience. Simply place your old head in the box with the new/rebuilt head and affix the label. We accept cores in any condition, as long as they include all parts originally received with the new head.
Warranty Information: Clearwater Cylinder Head, Inc. offers a generous TWO (2) year unlimited mileage warranty. Your invoice includes a warranty card outlining the terms and conditions. Please review the warranty thoroughly before installing your cylinder head.
