This new GM Chevy Truck 6.6 Duramax Diesel Cylinder Head is engineered to deliver optimal performance and durability. Designed for the 2004.5 to 2005 models, it comes fully assembled with valves, springs, and pre-chambers. It is essential to note that this head has an injector hole without a sleeve. If your engine uses the older sleeve style, please reach out for further assistance. The glow plugs are strategically placed near the head bolts for ease of installation.

Simply use the prepaid FedEx label included with your purchase to send it back in the original packaging. We accept all cores, regardless of condition—cracked, bent, or disassembled. Please note that there will be a penalty for not returning the core, which will be reflected as an additional charge on your invoice.

- Coverage: Clearwater Cylinder Head, Inc. provides two-year unlimited mileage parts warranty. A warranty card is included with your invoice.
- Terms: Acceptance of the head includes acceptance of the warranty terms:
- Heat tab must be intact and unaltered.
- Returns must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice and a Return Authorization number.
- Warranty covers parts only; no labor or incidental costs.
- Warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, overheating, abuse, or neglect.
