Clearwater Cylinder Head, Inc. ensures every cylinder head is meticulously cleaned, inspected, and pressure tested. Our process includes:
- Advanced Equipment: We use Serdi or Sunnen machines for seat and guide work and Rottlier CBN resurfacing machines for precise finishes.
- Valve Seal Inspection: Each valve is vacuum-tested to ensure a perfect seal.
Core Return Policy
- No Up-Front Core Charge: You have 30 days to return your old cylinder head.
- Return Process: Use the prepaid FedEx label provided. We accept all cores regardless of condition as long as they include all parts.
Warranty Information
- Coverage: Two-year unlimited mileage warranty. A warranty card is included with your invoice.
- Conditions: The warranty covers parts only and requires a Return Authorization number for claims. The heat tab on the head must be intact. Claims must be returned to Clearwater Cylinder Head, Inc. with a copy of the invoice.
Warranty Exclusions
- Not Covered: Damage from improper installation, overheating, abuse, neglect, or unauthorized repairs. No coverage for commercial, industrial, racing, or marine use.
