- Precision Machine Work: All seat and guide work is performed using state-of-the-art Serdi or Sunnen machines. The head is then resurfaced on a Rottler CBN machine to achieve the required RMA finish.
- Quality Assurance: We install high-quality valve seals and perform a vacuum test on each valve to ensure a perfect seal.

Core Return Policy
- No Upfront Core Charge: We give you 30 days to return the core.
- Easy Return Process: A prepaid UPS return shipping label is provided with your order. Simply place your core head in the box you received and attach the prepaid label. Hand it to any UPS driver or take it to a UPS pickup point.
- No Extra Charges for Damaged Heads: We accept all cores, regardless of condition, as long as all parts are included. Cracked head? Bent valves? Taken apart? No problem!
Warranty Information
- Two-Year Unlimited Mileage Warranty: A copy of the warranty card will be included with your invoice.
- Warranty Terms:
- Acceptance of this head constitutes acceptance of this warranty.
- The heat tab must be in place on the head, not altered or melted.
- Any claim must be returned to Clearwater Cylinder Head, Inc. for inspection with a copy of the invoice and a Return Authorization number.
- Only one warranty per purchase.
- Warranty begins on the date of purchase.
- No incidental, consequential, punitive, or over-the-road damages covered.
Warranty Covers:
- Parts Warranty only – All original cylinder heads must be returned for warranty.
Warranty Does Not Cover:
- Damage caused by improper installation, accidental overheating, abuse, or neglect.
- Loss of time, use of the vehicle, phone calls, inconvenience, or consequential charges.
- Fluids, tow charges, rentals, or diagnosis.
- Repairs made without prior authorization will void all warranties.
- No warranty on Commercial, Industrial Racing/Pro Stock, or Marine Use.
