Core Return Instructions:

• Policy: A core return is mandatory. We provide a prepaid FedEx return label with your purchase.
• Procedure: Place the old cylinder head in the box from your new head and attach the return label. Drop the box off with any FedEx driver or at a FedEx location.
• Condition: We accept all cores, regardless of damage, as long as all parts from the new head are included.

  • To make a claim, return the head to Clearwater Cylinder Head, Inc. with a copy of your invoice and a Return Authorization number.
• Exclusions:
  • Damage from improper installation, overheating, or abuse.
  • No coverage for incidental damages, fluid costs, towing, rentals, or unauthorized repairs.
  • The warranty does not apply to commercial, industrial, racing, or marine use.
